Bug with removing user_group from user

adding a user to a group works fine, but when unchecking the user_group to remove the user from the group doesn't work.

Kevin,

What error are you getting in your log? Over time there have been updates to the templates generated by the lockdown generator, you may have an older version.

Yes I have been using an older version, but I updated recently and reran script/generate lockdown.
I'll remove all the user and user_group templates and rerun.
It's probably because I'm using an older version of something.
